Privacy policy
This policy describes the information this website actually collects. It does not describe analytics tools, advertising cookies, or a customer database, because those are not part of the site.

This website is published by PACIMP — Interior Finishing Dallas, 2806 Canada Dr, Dallas, TX 75212, USA. Phone: +1 (214) 442-7082. Email: [email protected]. PACIMP is the public name of the interior finishing business. Privacy requests can be sent to that email, by mail to the office, or through the estimate form with the words “privacy request” at the start of the message.
Information you submit
The estimate form asks for your name, email address, phone number, the city where the home is, the service you are asking about, how you prefer to be contacted, a description of the work, and your consent to use those details to reply. Do not include Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, or medical information. The form has no file upload.
If you submit the form, the site tries to email that information to [email protected]. The website does not keep a separate customer database. A reply is an ordinary email or a phone call you asked for. If the message cannot be sent, the site says the request was not sent.
Repeated submissions
To limit repeated form submissions, the server may record the network address of a request. Records older than one hour are removed the next time the form is submitted. The record is used only to refuse extra submissions. It is not a browser cookie and it is not used for advertising.
Server logs
The hosting company may keep ordinary server logs, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time. This site does not add an analytics package to those logs. How long the host keeps them is set by the host.
Cookies and other companies
Pages, fonts, and photographs are served from this site. The site does not load advertising networks, social pixels, or analytics scripts, and it does not set a cookie. The shorter statement is on the cookie policy.
The site does not sell personal information and does not share estimate requests with data brokers. The email provider that hosts [email protected] processes the message so PACIMP can read it.
How long information stays
A network-address record used to limit form submissions is removed once it is older than one hour and the form is submitted again. Emails remain in the inbox until PACIMP deletes them. You may ask for an estimate email to be deleted by writing to [email protected], or through the form, and naming the email address you used. The site cannot erase a message that was never delivered.
Children
The site is about home finishing and is not directed at children under 13. Do not submit a child’s personal information.
Security
Send the form over HTTPS when that connection is available. Email is not a private channel. Do not include payment card numbers or other secrets.
Changes
If the form or the tools on the site change, this page will be updated and the date above will change with it.
