These terms cover use of the website and the estimate form. A written scope, if one is later agreed, is what describes a specific job. This page is not that scope.

PACIMP is the public name used for this interior finishing business. The site describes that work for homes in Dallas, Texas, and it accepts estimate requests. Using the site means you accept these terms.
What the pages are for
Service pages explain drywall repair, drywall installation, flooring, interior painting, and cabinet finishing. They describe common preparation, materials, and the factors that change an estimate. They are general information. They are not a building inspection, a moisture test, or a code determination for your house.
The site does not offer plumbing, electrical, HVAC, structural construction, exterior painting, or hazardous-material abatement. PACIMP does not perform that work.
Estimates are not prices
Submitting the form is a request for a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve a date, or lock a price. No page on this site publishes a fixed price, a guaranteed duration, or a promised result. Any future price has to be in a written scope that names the rooms, the materials, and the exclusions. Spoken guesses and web forms do not override that.
You are responsible for describing the property accurately, including active leaks, prior repairs, and whether the house may contain lead paint or asbestos. Work that would disturb those materials should not be scheduled until a qualified person has addressed testing or abatement when the law requires it.
Photographs and text
Photographs are reference images of interiors, finishes, and painting. They are not documentation of jobs performed by PACIMP, and they should not be read as before-and-after proof. The text of the site is published for visitors to read. Copying the pages to build a competing site, or presenting the photographs as your own completed projects, is not allowed.
Acceptable use of the form
Do not submit false contact details, automated spam, or someone else’s personal information. The server may refuse repeated submissions from the same network. A submission that the server rejects is not a delivered request, even if you saw the form on the screen.
The pages are not a specification
Finish levels, product behavior, and drying times vary by brand, the conditions inside the house, and the surface underneath. Descriptions of vinyl, laminate, hardwood, paint, and joint compound explain the work. The instructions for the product that is actually used control that product. Permit questions for a specific job should be checked against current City of Dallas and State of Texas requirements.
Limitation
To the extent Texas law allows, PACIMP is not liable for a decision made only from reading the site, for a request the server did not deliver, or for a loss caused by a hosting outage. These terms do not limit liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Law
These terms are written for a site aimed at Dallas, Texas, and are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, excluding conflict-of-law rules that would apply another state’s law. If a court in Texas finds one section unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
Changes
PACIMP may update these terms by posting a new version and changing the date. A job that already has its own signed scope follows that scope. The website terms continue to cover use of the site.
